Class Descriptions


Parent & Tot Classes

Ages 18 months to 3 years. Have a great time bonding with your toddler, learning how to run, jump, climb, roll, bounce and swing! Parent & Tot classes are an absolute BLAST. Students have tons of fun while also learning basic skills and positions!


Tumbling & Trampoline


Preschool T&T

Ages 3 to 5 years. The preschool experience is specifically designed to encourage air and spacial awareness, fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, strength, and the basics of gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline skills. We do this by using fun, energetic and strategic sets of circuit-based stations. Kids are moving constantly with minimal time waiting in line. 


Beginner T & T

Ages 5 years and up or passed Preschool level. Lots of fun with circuit-based gymnastics! Teaches all basic tumbling and trampoline, positions, and terms through back handsprings.


Advanced Beginner T&T

For students who have a good round-off and a good start on back handsprings. Teaches round off back handspring as well as front and back flips on trampoline.


Intermediate/Advanced T&T

For students who can already perform round-off back handspring unassisted. Teaches series of back handsprings, back and front tucks on floor, all the way through whips, back pikes, back layouts, fulls and on to double flipping and double twisting skills.


Apex Elite Training Program

For the athletes that are extremely passionate and dedicated! Our Elite training program is a unique and fun experience for the athletes that desire to really push their skills to the next level. Elites get to experience the rigor of a competitive training experience, without the required pressure of competitions. Our Elites are all ages and skill levels, and must go through a special interview process before joining the program.

Advanced Training Group (ATG) T&T

Ages 3 and up; Levels 1-4Advanced Training Group is the Apex Pre-Team.  Starting at Level 1, ATG will train to compete several meets per season.  This group is by invitation only.


Competitive T&T Team

Ages 5 and up; By Invitation Only.   Take your tumbling and trampoline skills to the next level.  Develops strong tumbling technique, while teaching character, diligence, teamwork.  Compete from the local level to the state and even national level.


Ninja/Parkour

Ages 5 and up. Obstacle course training and basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars and beam.


Adult T&T

Ages 15 and up. This is a circuit-based gymnastics class specifically for adults of various skill, fitness level, and flexibility. Teaches all basic tumbling and trampoline, positions, and terms through back handsprings.


Gymnastics


Beginner Artistic Gymnastics

Ages 5 years and up or passed Preschool level. Students are introduced to each apparatus: bars, vault, beam, and floor. Concentration on strength and coordination development allows gymnasts to safely learn proper technique. Students will begin with walking across the balance beams, climbing over the bars, learning cartwheels, front rolls, and headstands on the floor. Skills are taught through music, games and interactive play. This class is designed to prepare the gymnast for Advanced Beginner gymnastics. Students will be promoted when all Beginner skills are mastered.


Advanced Beginner Artistic Gymnastics

Ages 5 and up or pass Beginner level. Advanced Beginner Artistic Gymnastics focuses on proper form and technique in preparation for more advanced skills. In this class, gymnasts work on cartwheels, headstands, bridges, and basic strength on all four apparatus.
