Program availability, schedules, pricing, policies, and services may change at any time. Enrollment in any class, camp, event, or program may be subject to additional agreements, waivers, billing policies, cancellation policies, or membership terms.

Apex Tumbling & Cheer may modify class schedules, cancel classes, close due to weather or facility issues, adjust coaching assignments, or make program changes when necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected families through email, phone, text message, app notification, or website updates.

12. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tumbling, trampoline, gymnastics, cheer, ninja, fitness, camps, open gyms, birthday parties, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

Participation may require a separate waiver, release, or assumption-of-risk agreement before an athlete may participate.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, written materials, photos, videos, graphics, program names, and other materials created by Apex Tumbling & Cheer are the property of Apex Tumbling & Cheer unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
